This product is really great- I hate having to buy water bottles all the time and I like being my conscious of the environment. I had a tiny problem in the beginning with the filter and had to contact the seller. He was super quick with getting back with me and sent me a new filter right away. :) The only drawback that I've experienced is that the lid is not airtight. (I learned that the hard way and completely soaked my purse en route to work.) My solution is to empty it out before traveling so I am able to throw it in a bag and just fill it up as soon as I get to my next destination. The water taste great and I am drinking more now because I always have it to hand. Thanks!

I wasn't exactly sure what I was getting when I ordered this product and I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised. It came really nicely packaged, seems like high quality and so far it works great. I really recommend it. I never have to worry about having clean drinking water for myself or my kids, I take this bottle everywhere! While I like the idea of having a small drinking straw that folds into the cap when not in use, the design does have one flaw: there is not a strong seal between the hole in the straw and the hole in the cap. So when drinking, I have to push down a little on the straw's base to get decent suction. If the company could improve on that feature, then I would like this product more.

Great idea but definitely lacking. First of all, it arrived without instructions as to whether or not the filter needs to be primed before using - as with other filtered water bottles. And if so, how do you do it? No instructions or explanation. Also, I find the air hole leaks water on my face when I try drinking through the straw. I emailed the supplier with my concerns and they never responded. I called, left a message and they never returned my call. Terrible "customer service". I'm looking forward to another company coming out with a better design and hopefully it will be a company that knows how to treat their bread and butter.
